Licensed to Exterminate

Do you have a license to exterminate? Looks like Zog's days could be numbered.

For those who haven't seen the Dr Who story Rememberance of the Daleks, this is the Imperial Daleks number one claim to shame, when Ace, a ponytailed teenager who wore a bomber jacket covered in badges (one of which was a Blue Peter badge) beat the spheres off a dalek with an energised baseball bat before doing a runner.
